WEEE Electronic Waste Service Many of these items, including IT equipment and fluorescent tubes, are now categorised under the Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005, therefore they can no longer be sent for disposal to landfill.
We will supply all containers and relevant documentation. This system ensures legislative compliance with a regular or call collection service to simplify matters and minimise disruption. We also supply our unique HazSafe
office boxes, made from durable plastic. These new lidded containers
offer a safe and secure collection point for all smaller WEEE items
like mobile phones and batteries. Our 500 litre external bins are designed for larger volumes of waste. These lockable bins are fitted with drop-front flap to ensure safe loading and unloading. We provide a range of crates and 'caskets' for the safe storage and collection of Fluorescent Tubes. When filled we simply exchange them with empty replacements. All fluorescent tubes and lamps are then recycled and we supply a Recycling Certificate as proof of your company's environmental commitment. |
