their needs and expectations, we believe we can achieve complete
customer satisfaction.
To enhance and retain customer confidence we shall implement and
maintain and continually improve effective Quality Management Systems
that comply with the requirements of the International Standard
EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality management systems – Requirements.
Quality as a management tool applies to the whole business and
means making the best use of our resources both financial and human.
It begins with products which can be economically produced and which
perform as required, but also extends throughout the organisation,
from order taking to delivery and all aspects of service.
Top management shall set quality objectives and a framework shall
be established to review these objectives.
Effective communication between all departments is essential in
improving the standards by which we operate, and our commitment
to continual improvement is the key to both personal and company
growth and also to customer satisfaction.
Our intention is to follow up this statement with a range of awareness
programmes that will involve all employees.
This policy shall be periodically reviewed to ensure its suitability
and relevance to the products and services the organisation provides.
