Empteezy Limited, with its head offices based in Livingston, Scotland, was co-founded by Bruce, the current Managing Director and Tony the current Chairman of Hannay. Formed in 1986 to manufacture environmental products, it is now an expanding Pan-European and Asian Group.

specialist and expanding range of environmental product solutions,
with an emphasis on spill containment and clean-up, has recently
been complemented by the acquisition of Strasbourg based Schoeller
Industries Z, Europe's largest manufacturer of polypropylene absorbents
for land and sea spills.
